Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

A woman with a counselor

Addressing obsessive-compulsive spectrum conditions, as well as fear, worry, and anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Solutions of Chicago offers outpatient Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is tailored to the patient’s needs. Most commonly, patients engage in a weekly 45- or 50-minute session. This general approach changes if the patient requires additional or fewer sessions per week, or if a longer session is necessary to accommodate behavioral exercises.

Check out the What is CBT? page to learn more about this treatment approach.
